Research

Broadly, my research describes patterns and mechanisms of diversity among and within species, life history strategies, and landscapes. In particular, I am interested in the role of this diversity in explaining ecosystem functions in environments that experience variability across multiple time scales. My research presently focuses on the ecology of large lakes, but I am interested in applying questions related to environmental change and life history diversity across aquatic systems and taxa.
